Our 'Introducing' articles are our way of giving you the opportunity to find out a little bit more on the staff we have in Your World Recruitment Group. Whether they are YW veterans or new starters, we aim to shed some light on some of our most admired and hard working staff. This edition focuses on Eoin Ferris, an HCA Recruiter based in our Dublin office...

Eoin graduated college after studying Business and Entrepreneurship at university, in which he obtained an Honours degree in 2013. Eoin Quickly began getting experience for his chosen career path. Whilst studying, Eoin’s passion for entrepreneurship and managing his own work became apparent to him, with recruitment being a suitable route to take to suit his desires. Eoin mentioned “I wanted to enter into the world of recruitment and I knew this early on, even through college. Time management and having the individual dependency is something recruitment offers, which garnered my interest”.

Eoin gained valuable experience in this area from the time he left college working with many leading recruiters in Ireland but during his time there Eoin noted “I developed a keen interest in the healthcare industry after briefly dealing in this area in my previous positions”. This mapped out Eoin’s eagerness to focus solely on recruiting for the healthcare sector, which is where Your World came into the picture.

In early 2015, Eoin joined Your World Healthcare Ireland where his interest in healthcare recruitment grew further as he developed many working relationships with both candidates and clients alike. Eoin states that the process in finding the right candidate for the client, knowing that their purpose is to help those in need is something that inspires him to always strive to find the perfect match. Eoin commented: “Your World healthcare has been a positive experience with exceptional standards, which our candidates have even commented is above the competition in terms of both service and accuracy.

I’m proud that I contribute to this level of praise from our clients, and feel incredibly satisfied when I hear from my clients asking to book my candidates again. That’s the real reward to healthcare recruit.”
