Your World is an advocate for Emiratization, ensuring that Emiratis are benefitting from our service in the Middle East.
What is Emiratization?
Set up by the government of the United Arab Emirates, Emiratization has been created to ensure that Emirati citizens are being employed into the public and private sectors. Having been set up over a decade ago, Emiratization has greatly improved employment numbers in the public sector for citizens of the UAE. However, the private sector (with citizens making up only 0.34% of employment) still has further to go.
Unemployment is on the rise in the United Arab Emirates, particularly in Abu Dhabi where approximately 11.6% of citizens are unemployed.
Your World’s Involvement
As a responsible global recruitment agency, Your World takes the varying requirements of the countries we supply to very seriously and assist where possible. With this in mind, our team in the Middle East actively source Emiratis for our broad range of positions in the UAE public and private sectors. We aim to contribute to the positive impact Emiratization will have on the UAE and its citizens.
