It's official; Your World Recruitment Group is the best healthcare recruitment company to work for!

On Wednesday, our team eagerly awaited the results for the 'Best Healthcare Recruitment Company to Work for' category at this year's Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards, which took place at The Brewery in London.

It's safe to say there was rapturous applause and cheering from table 20 when our company photo was displayed on the big screen, with the word 'WINNER' shown in giant letters. 

Naturally, word spread of the achievement and the whole company celebrated together in true Your World fashion. 

Within the Winner's Guide, the judges have provided their reasons for selecting Your World as their winner:

'The judges considered this entry had a strong coaching programme that was highly creative. The company has a genuine approach to looking after its people, with its onboarding process being particularly engaging. Strong internal communications around career progression and skills development create a strong sense of investment in its people.
