Nothing compares to the feeling of 150 international nurses from Kerala, India, thanking you for helping them achieve their dreams, and Your World’s International Team, did just that.
In just five days, our International Team permanently changed the lives of 150 international nurses, by helping them secure a permanent contract in the UK.

To make this happen, our International Team worked alongside Sharon O'Brien, Head of Nursing and Nicola Batten, Ward Manager from Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board in Wales during their stay in Kerala.

Not only did our international recruiters take the time to understand Sharon and Nicola’s nurse requirements, they also sat down with every nurse to ensure they a) understood the questions, b) were confident in the delivery of their answers and c) felt relaxed.

The impact they made will forever stay with the 150 nurses who were offered employment, out of the 158 who were interviewed.
Upon the candidate’s success, the International Team successfully provided the Health Board with permanent staff.
Candidate Anju Sebastian kindly put into words his experience.
"This was my first interview, and it was incredible. Before the interview, I was nervous, but the team helped me relax and reduce my nerves. Thank you for your kindness, and for making this the best day for my mum and me."
The 150 selected nurses will be a huge help to Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board by supporting the needs of 450,000 people living in Bridgend County Borough, where the Health Board operates.
