Who’s heading to the Nursing Careers and Jobs Fair? We are!
11th Sep, 2018
The RCN Bulletin Jobs Fair is back on the 18th and 19th September at the Business Design Centre, London, and it’s got a new name: Nursing Careers Job Fair.
The event is absolutely jam-packed full of incredible seminars, workshops and fantastic stands to visit (including ours) and it’s all for free! It’s also London’s largest CPD-accredited nursing recruitment event, which means that all the seminars you attend count towards your CPD requirements.
“The Nursing Careers and Jobs Fair delivers year after year, and Your World Recruitment Group is delighted to be back!” Alex Flowerdew, Key Account Director
Those attending can expect seminars on topics such as revalidation, preceptorship and CV writing, as well as workshops discussing critical matters like Emotional Resilience.
“We will be exhibiting on both days to showcase our services for agency nurses needing work with the NHS and private sectors. As a leading global healthcare agency, we have the capacity to place healthcare professionals from all over the world, and an increasing demand for outstanding healthcare workers worldwide means we need more candidates than ever!
Come and visit us on stand 43 and have an informal chat with one of our representatives – we might even have some sweets for you!”
The event is the perfect opportunity to network with nurses of all levels and specialisms, and find information on locum nursing, working in a private hospital, taking your nursing career to Australia and more! If you have any questions about nursing and your career, you’re likely to find the answers at the Nursing Careers and Jobs Fair.
The Your World Nursing Team has a special trick up their sleeve: Laura. We say this because Laura was a registered nurse before coming to us, so she’s a fantastic person to go to for agency advice.
“I’ve found my nursing experience really beneficial as I’ve worked in most of the hospitals that we’re recruiting for, including UCLH and King’s College, so I can talk to potential candidates about what it’s physically like to work in there and hopefully persuade them to work there too!
Last year was a great experience as we met hundreds of nurses from all different specialities, several of which are now working for me. I’d only been working for Your World for about three weeks when I attended last year, so I’m hoping this year will be even more successful.” Laura Shashati, Associate
If you are attending the Nursing Careers and Jobs Fair, remember to come and say hello to Alex, Laura and the team on stand 43 for great career advice and, yes, free sweets!
