On Saturday 19th August, a team of eight Your World adrenaline junkies, including our CEO, travelled to Peterborough to take part in a charity skydive.

They had to overcome flat tyres and high winds in order to complete the skydive, but nothing could stop this group, who were truly a force to be reckoned with!

Poor Lara, one of our Divisional Managers, punctured a tyre on the journey to the skydive centre, but she didn’t let that get in her way. Thankfully a lorry driver came to her rescue and she made it just in the nick of time.

It sounds like it was all worth it in the end, as she told us: ‘It was amazing, it was fantastic! Everyone had such a great time.’

Despite a punctured tyre, we made it to our charity skydive

Despite the high winds on Saturday, the team still managed to complete the jump and land safely in one piece, whilst having a lot of fun at the same time.

‘Amazing day on Saturday. Great experience’ - Julius Kaveh, Divisional Manager

Tony Moss, Your World’s CEO says: ‘Thank you to all who supported our jump and fundraising for the charities we support through the YW Foundation’.

Overall, the team managed to raise over £2,000 for the charities we supports.
