How to register for the Your World Loyalty programme
1a. To become a member of Your Loyalty, you must be a resident in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, be aged 18 years or over and have your own email address.
b. To join the programme, you are required to register for free online at www.yourworldhealthcare.com/your-loyalty. You will be sent a registration confirmation email following completion of your registration.
c. You must register with Your Loyalty prior to the 26th day of the month to be eligible to participate in the monthly reward draw.
d. If registering for Your Loyalty your complete hours for the monthly period will be counted in a monthly reward after successful registration.
How the programme works
2a. Your Loyalty is a monthly rewards programme. Every calendar month there will be a different reward. To be eligible to participate in the monthly reward, you must:
i. Work a minimum of 40 hours in the calendar month through Your World Recruitment Ltd or Your World Nursing Limited.
ii. For every 8 hours worked through Your World Recruitment Ltd or Your World Nursing Limited during the calendar month in excess of the 40 hours, you will receive an additional entry into the monthly reward draw.
b. If you have worked for Your World Recruitment Ltd or Your World Nursing in the calendar month you are eligible to participate in the monthly reward draw. You can click to enter the monthly reward draw by logging onto www.yourworldhealthcare.com/your-loyalty and clicking to participate.
c. We accept no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
d. Rewards are awarded to members through a prize draw after the last day of the calendar month.
e. Rewards will vary each month and may include gifts or experiences. Full details and conditions of the reward will be communicated in the monthly newsletter at the beginning of each month (when applicable). We reserve the right to vary the time, date, content and/or order of rewards.
f. Winners will be notified via email if they have been successful in the prize draw with full details on how to claim the monthly reward.
g. Please allow 28 days for the delivery of rewards.
h. Winners will have 3 weeks to claim their prize from the announcement date.
i. From time to time we may also run other promotions or prize draws via email.
Your Loyalty rewards
3a. All rewards are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute, alter or amend any reward for any reason without prior notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
b. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to a reward and members consent to their details (name, profession and country) and any rewards which they have won, being made available to other members/other third parties where necessary in connection with the rewards.
c. Winners agree to allow Your World Recruitment Group to use their name, profession and country of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion. Your World Recruitment Group reserves the right to publish the name, profession and country of residence of the winners. The winners may object to their name, profession and country of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting [email protected].
d. Subject to the consent of the winners, the name, profession and country of residence of the winners will be available by contacting [email protected], for 8 weeks following the close of the Promotion details.
e. There is no cash alternative for any rewards that may be made available to you as a result of your participation in the programme and rewards are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Rewards can only be earned and redeemed as set out in these Terms and in accordance with your statutory rights. Any other use, award, sale, exchange or transfer of rewards, or attempt to do so, is a breach of these Terms. Any rewards not obtained and held in accordance with these Terms will be invalid and may not be redeemed. If they are redeemed in breach of these terms, we will, or we will ask the relevant third-party supplier to, cancel the relevant rewards and we may take other appropriate action.
Managing your account
4a. Your Loyalty is not transferrable. It can only be used by the member who is named and registered on the account.
b. You are only entitled to one (1) membership to Your Loyalty per person. If we identify that you hold two (2) or more memberships, we may merge them into one account at our discretion.
c. It is important that you ensure any changes to your personal or membership details are updated by emailing [email protected]. We will not be responsible for any loss of benefits resulting from details being out of date or inaccurate.
d. To opt out of the programme, email your request to [email protected] and we will remove you from the programme. We may need to contact you for account administration purposes even if you opt out of marketing. Cancelling your account will mean you no longer receive communication regarding Your Loyalty and your account will cease to be active. This will not remove you from our recruitment database and you will still be contacted regarding available job opportunities.
5a. By participating in Your Loyalty, you agree that we can collect and use information about you, including your registration details, information about hours that you work through Your World Recruitment Group and other information that you supply for the purposes set out in these Terms. We will not release personal details to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with our Privacy Notice, a copy of which is available at https://www.yourworldrecruitmentgroup.com/privacy-notice.
b. We will collect entrants’ data for the purposes of administering a reward and to contact entrants about additional promotions and competitions run by Your Loyalty. We will share entrants’ data with authorised third parties for reward fulfilment purposes only. We may also request your postal address in order for you to receive your reward, this will be communicated in the reward communications where necessary.
6a. Your Loyalty is operated by Your World Recruitment Group Limited, of Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW (registered in England and Wales with company registration number 05460751) (“we/us/our/Promoter”).
b. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of the agreement between us and you as a member of the programme and these Terms govern the participation in the programme, the collection and use of the programme rewards by you and any promotions associated with the programme.
c. We can cancel, withdraw or alter the programme, including the Terms or any individual Your Loyalty registration at any time for business or operational reasons.
d. By signing up as a member of the programme, you are deemed to accept the Terms in full. Your continued participation in the programme will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms were most recently updated on 1st July 2019.
e. The programme is for personal use by members only. Your Loyalty may not be used for any business or commercial purpose. If you use the programme, Your Loyalty and/or a reward for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. Registration for Your Loyalty does not constitute proof of hours worked through Your World Recruitment Group.
f. If you act in any way that is deemed by us (acting reasonably) to be fraudulent, inappropriate, misleading or abusive, in breach of the Terms or which brings our reputation into disrepute, then we shall be entitled to cancel your programme membership and hold the right to remove you from our database for any future job opportunities.
