Audiologists and those passionate about tinnitus will be coming together for the British Tinnitus Association’s annual conference on Friday 14th September, as well as their ‘Talking Tinnitus Expo’ on Sunday the 15th.

The annual conference on the Friday will be more steered towards audiology professionals and delegates, whereas the Saturday is for the public.

The British Tinnitus Association’s annual conference will have lots of fantastic speakers and stands for you take a look at. You can expect to see talks on topics such as: ‘What Questionnaires should I use in a tinnitus clinic?’, ‘Devices for tinnitus treatment – concepts, rationales and evidence’, ‘Treating insomnia in chronic tinnitus’ and much more.

Tom, from Your World’s Audiology Team, received a personal invite and will be the only representative from a healthcare recruitment agency with a stand on the day of the conference.

“This conference will be an excellent opportunity for me to talk face-to-face with existing candidates of mine, as well as network and meet new professionals.

I’m really looking forward to seeing the ‘All new practice guidelines: the ins and outs of tinnitus care’ talk, as I think it will help me to understand the work of my candidates better.”

Did you know that Your World is the largest supplier of audiologists in the UK and the preferred agency of choice for Specsavers Hear Care? So, if you’re thinking of trying work as a locum audiologist or would like to learn about our permanent audiology jobs, Tom is a great person for you to speak to on the day.
